How to use Wrap Studio

Step 1: Enter Dimensions

Pick a brand and model (Stanley, Yeti, RTIC, Ozark Trail, Hydro Flask), or choose Custom and enter the diameter or circumference and the height. The tool calculates the exact flat wrap.

Step 2: Tapered Tumblers

For a cup that narrows toward the base, turn on Tapered tumbler guide and enter the top and bottom diameters and the engraving height. The wrap then unrolls as an arc.

Step 3: Check the Flat Wrap

The preview shows the flat wrap at its true proportions, with an optional logo zone and guide border.

Step 4: Export

Download the SVG (in or mm) or a LightBurn .lbrn2 for your rotary or flat-bed alignment, or open the wrap in the Fabricator to fill it with art.

Tactical Tip

Always measure the exact circumference of your tumbler rather than relying on manufacturer specs — variance of 1-2mm is common.

Before a production run with Wrap Studio

Save the source file before changing geometry or parameters, confirm the final physical dimensions, and inspect the smallest details at the intended output size. Use matching scrap to test focus, speed, power, frequency, and layer order. Record the settings that worked with the material and machine so the next job starts from a verified result.

Open Wrap Studio Tool Workspace
