Do Reticle Red credits expire?
Credits you buy, credits you earn from referrals, and every Operator Command monthly drop never expire — they stack on top of any credits you already hold, with no monthly reset. The one exception is the free 12-credit welcome grant, which must be used within 30 days of verifying your email; only the unspent part of that grant is ever swept. A failed run refunds automatically — the refund appears in your credit ledger within a minute.
Do I need a subscription to use Reticle Red?
No. Every new account starts with 12 free welcome credits, valid for 30 days from email verification, and no credit card. Box Maker, Photo Prep, the Laser Lab calculators, the deterministic Neural Relief engine, and the parameters database are permanently free.
What does the Operator Command membership include?
Operator Command is $9.99/month or $100/year and adds 50 credits every month, unlimited AI Design Assistant use, Armory sync, and priority support.
Does the annual membership still add credits monthly?
Yes. The annual plan is billed once at $100 for the year, while 50 membership credits are added automatically each month. They stack and never expire.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. Monthly or annual membership can be canceled from the billing portal and stays active through the period already paid for. You keep every credit already granted, including past monthly drops, and saved work is not deleted.
Do I own what I generate?
