By accessing Reticle Red, you agree to these terms. This platform is a professional tool for laser operators. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

You can cancel an Operator subscription at any time from your Profile or the Pricing page by choosing Manage Subscription, which opens our payment processor's secure billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep Operator features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken. Credits already in your account, including monthly subscription credits, stay in your account and do not expire. Refunds for a renewal you forgot to cancel follow the Fair Refund Policy in section 3. When a subscription ends, Armory items beyond the free plan's storage limit stay available for 30 days, and resubscribing within that window restores full access. After that, we may move those items out of your active Armory into an archive.

You agree not to use generated content or member messaging for illegal purposes, hate speech, threats, harassment, spam, scams, or malicious fabrication. Do not use messages to request passwords, payment credentials, or unauthorized machine access. We may review content submitted through the Report feature and may restrict messaging or terminate accounts that violate these protocols.

You keep your work. Designs, photos, and files you upload remain yours — we claim no ownership of them. For artwork generated by our AI tools from your prompts and inputs, we assign to you all of our right, title, and interest in that output, to the extent permitted by law: use it, sell it, and engrave it commercially with no attribution required. We do not use your private designs to train public models (see the Privacy Policy). Two honest caveats: purely AI-generated artwork may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and because generative models can produce similar results from similar prompts, we cannot guarantee your output is unique.

When you unlock a file in the Laser-Ready store, whether it is free or costs credits, you get permanent access to download it under the Standard Commercial License: you may use the file to make and sell unlimited physical products. You may not resell, share, give away, or redistribute the digital file, or a trivially modified copy of it, in any form. Files are provided as-is for you to check and test before production, and section 2 applies to every download.

When you post to the community gallery, showcase, challenges, or Proof of Burn, you keep ownership of what you post. You give Reticle Red a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that post on Reticle Red, including its public pages and share links, until you delete it. Only post work you have the right to share, and never post another person's private information. We may remove posts that break these terms. A deleted post can take a short time to disappear from caches and from links that were already shared.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect operators to do the same. If you believe content hosted on Reticle Red — including community archives, gallery posts, or marketplace files — infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@reticle-red.com with the subject "IP Complaint" and include: (1) identification of the protected work, (2) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, with your physical or electronic signature. We will review complaints promptly and remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing. Users who repeatedly upload infringing content will have their accounts terminated. If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact information and a statement, under penalty of perjury, explaining why the removal was erroneous.

We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and post a notice on the What’s New page; for significant changes affecting your rights, credits, or billing, we will also notify you by email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Reticle Red after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using the platform and, if applicable, cancel your subscription from your profile.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
