PRIVACY PROTOCOLS

Reticle Red collects minimal data required for operation:

• Account Identity: Email address and Display Name (via Firebase Auth).
• Operational Data: Laser parameters, uploaded designs, and generated archives.
• Usage Metrics: Feature usage statistics to improve system performance.

All financial transactions are processed securely by Stripe. Reticle Red does NOT store credit card numbers. Payment tokens are handled directly by Stripe's encrypted infrastructure.

Data submitted to AI tools (Advisor, The Fabricator) is processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers — fal.ai, OpenAI, and Google Cloud — solely to fulfill your generation request. We do not use your private designs to train public models. Generated content is stored in your private cloud vault.

We share data only with essential infrastructure providers:

• Google Firebase (Hosting, Authentication & Database)
• Stripe (Payment Processing)
• fal.ai, OpenAI & Google Cloud (AI Image Processing)
• Brevo (Transactional Email)
• Google Analytics (Usage Analytics)
• LocationIQ, OpenStreetMap & Overpass, CARTO and AWS open elevation data (address search, map tiles and terrain in Map Maker)

Map tiles and terrain data load directly in your browser, so those providers receive your IP address and the map area you are viewing. We do not sell user data to external advertising networks.

Reticle Red uses cookies and local storage for essential functions — keeping you signed in (Firebase Auth) and remembering tool preferences. We also use Google Analytics to measure anonymous pageviews and feature usage so we can improve the platform. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your account identity and project data for as long as your account stays active so your archives remain available to you. When you delete your account, your profile, uploaded designs, and generated archives are removed from our systems, typically within 30 days. We may retain minimal transaction and billing records longer where required by law (e.g., tax and accounting obligations), and anonymized usage metrics that are no longer tied to your identity may be kept to improve the platform.

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), these rights may include:

• Access & Portability: Delete your account and data yourself anytime from your profile settings, or email support for a copy of your data.
• Rectification: Update your email and display name directly in your profile.
• Erasure: Self-serve account deletion removes your profile, designs, and archives (see Data Retention).
• Objection: We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Reticle Red is a professional tool intended for adults. Consistent with our Terms of Service, the platform is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. To exercise any of these rights, email support@reticle-red.com.
