Do I get my credits back if a generation fails?

Yes, automatically. A failed AI job returns its credits to your account on its own — you do not have to ask or wait for a support reply, and the refund appears in your credit ledger, usually within a minute.

Can I get a refund on a credit pack?

Yes, within 7 days of purchase, provided the credits are completely unused. Because AI generation carries a hard cloud-compute cost, packs that have been partially or fully consumed cannot be refunded.

What if my subscription renewed and I meant to cancel?

Contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will refund the most recent charge in full, provided no credits from the new billing cycle have been used. Pro-rated refunds for partially used periods are not offered.

Do my credits expire?

Credits you buy, credits you earn from referrals, and every Operator Command monthly drop never expire — they stack on top of any credits you already hold, with no monthly reset. The one exception is the free 12-credit welcome grant, which must be used within 30 days of verifying your email; only the unspent part of that grant is ever swept. A failed run refunds automatically — the refund appears in your credit ledger within a minute.
