Frequently Asked Questions

What does this workflow cost?

Photo prep and dithering are completely free. Optional AI steps use credits; each live charge is shown before the run and on the public pricing page. Every new account starts with 12 welcome credits valid for 30 days, and failed AI jobs refund automatically.

What file do I end up with?

A dithered PNG for raster engraving, or a clean vector SVG for cut-and-fill work. Both import directly into LightBurn, EZCAD, and xTool Creative Space.

Production checks before export

Use the workflow on a representative sample before committing customer material. Confirm the finished dimensions, smallest line weight, layer assignments, focus, and machine parameters in the software that will run the job. A short test on matching scrap catches scale, contrast, kerf, and material-finish differences while they are still inexpensive to correct.
