Production guidance

Use these parameters as a documented starting point, not a universal prescription. Material batches, optics, focus, air assist, source age, and machine calibration all affect the finished result. Confirm focus, protect the work area, and run a small test on matching scrap before committing a production piece. Record the date, material supplier, lens, focus method, and final parameter changes with the saved job so the result can be reproduced instead of rediscovered.

  1. 1. Keep circular text large enough for the selected spot size.
  2. 2. Test relief depth and line spacing on the same wood species before the final coin.
