Production guidance
Use these parameters as a documented starting point, not a universal prescription. Material batches, optics, focus, air assist, source age, and machine calibration all affect the finished result. Confirm focus, protect the work area, and run a small test on matching scrap before committing a production piece. Record the date, material supplier, lens, focus method, and final parameter changes with the saved job so the result can be reproduced instead of rediscovered.
