Free Magazine Stippling Template SVG

A true-scale side-panel outline for laying out grip stippling on a 30-round 5.56 polymer magazine such as a Magpul PMAG GEN M3, with the safe zone marked as a dashed reference line. The dimensions are reconstructed from published figures rather than measured off a physical magazine, so treat the fit as a starting point and proof it on tape before you burn a part.

Production guidance

This downloadable SVG is geometry, not a machine recipe. Import it at the intended physical size, inspect every layer and open path, then assign speed, power, and passes in your own control software for the actual material.

  1. 1. Print or engrave the outline on masking tape and check it against your actual magazine before cutting the part.
  2. 2. The dashed line is the 3 mm safe zone and is reference only - delete it before sending the job.
  3. 3. Polymer melts before it ablates: drop power and raise speed relative to hardwood, and test on a spare floorplate first.
  4. 4. Measured a real part? Send us the numbers and we will correct the template.
  5. 5. PMAG and Magpul are trademarks of Magpul Industries Corp. This template describes what it fits; Reticle Red is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Magpul.

Free Magazine Stippling Template SVG should be opened at its stated physical size before any layer receives machine settings. Preserve the source file, save a machine-specific working copy, and record the final material, focus, kerf, speed, power, and pass choices beside that copy so the next run can be audited.
