Hero reference fires now begin with every normalized subject pre-positioned at equal scale inside a server-measured safe rectangle, while a hard two-request ceiling prevents nested quality checks from purchasing three or four provider images for one FIRE. Switching from a color-capable engine to Spark now turns Color Mode off in the actual generation state as well as the visible control, so a black-and-white Spark fire is never blocked by a hidden color setting.

Keychain and dog-tag starter masks protect their attachment holes automatically so generated artwork stays out of the hardware zone.

Bulk Personalizer in Shop Manager now uses the same full workspace, field mapping, validation, memory warning, cancellation, and ZIP generation as the standalone tool.
• 2026-08-14 — Multi-Panel Price Drop & Subjects That Stay In The Shape: Multi-panel ULTRA sheets now cost 8 credits instead of 10 — the multi-panel toggle is a flat +2 credits on whichever engine you pick (FORGE 4 → 6, ULTRA 6 → 8). Hero-style subjects that landed outside your painted shape — standing on its outline as if it were the ground — are now caught by a containment check and automatically re-fired at no extra cost, so the animal ends up engraved inside the part instead of clipped off it. Interior cutouts (slots, ovals, hardware openings) are respected again: art painted across a cutout is detected and re-fired so the ornament frames the opening instead of being amputated by it. American Scroll, Abyssal, and tactical skull generations now receive an extra lettering check; a detected stray letter, number, compass label, or slogan is retried once and automatically refunded if the retry is still unsafe. Style names and families are clearer, duplicate military crests are consolidated, panorama and whitetail variants are distinguished, and custom Foundry styles preserve their complete fit and safety instructions.
• 2026-08-01 — Background Ground Treatments: Any Fabricator run can now texture the empty space between the scrolls the way a hand engraver finishes a background: stipple matting, punch-dot beading, spiderweb punch bursts, crosshatch or parallel-line shading, or a solid deep-relief blackout — in light, medium, or dense texture. The treatment stays strictly between the ornament with a clean bright halo around every scroll, so the design reads as raised metal over a worked ground, and it composes with every style in the library.
